DO NOT SHOP HERE! My husband and I purchased a matress here, it was horrible the springs were deteriorated and the pillow top sunk in w/ in a few weeks. We exchanged the matress but ended up being forced to pay $120 in extra delivery charges, just to end up with what we should have had in the first palce. In addition the manager was a complete TOOL, he was rude, would not return call, and to put it bluntly stupid! He told us that he had our money already and there was nothing we could do about it so he hoped we enjoy our new matress!! Unless you enjoy recieving a poor product and being swindled out of your money I would shop else where! There are many other places to buy matresses, I would go to one of them instead. I have heard good things about matress hub.

Boy I guess I should have read the previous review before shopping at Mattress Firm. My daughter and I went in to get her a mattress for her apartment at approximately 1:00 pm. We found a bed she liked and worked out "a deal". They wanted $69 for the delivery which they took off. They said their delivery times were between 3-6. I asked before we did the paper work if we could have the delivery as close to 3 or 4 as we live an hour from Wichita and needed to be back for a family cookout. A phone call was made and was told that everything was set up. The paperwork was completed and we went for lunch and to get her some sheets to get washed up. We went back to the house and moved out her old bed, expanded the frame from double to queen, moved the furniture out of their (to be nice and help them out) and then we sat. And we sat and sat. Made a phone call "Oh the warehouse didn't understand the order. They should be there shortly" An hour later, another phone call "Oh the truck had a flat tire and needed to be fixed" By 6:00- no bed. Called again and was told the delivery time was not guaranteed. I told them it was implied and that they should back up what they say. He said that they said the bed would be delivered by 6:00 and I told him that it was 6:00 and that I was tired of waiting. I told him that our family plans were ruined and that I wanted to cancel my order and thay I would go shop somewhere else. It took them 2.5 hours to figure out that the truck had a flat tire??? In this economy and lack of sales customer service should be MUCH better but I guess LAZY if just LAZY. I will never have anything good to say about this company to my family or friends. Avoid them like the plaque.
