I would highly reccommend not using this place for you or anyone you know! I buried my daughter here ten months ago and have had nothing but trouble! For the last 4 months I have been fighting with these people because I bought a vase that was supposed to be 'permanent' for my daughters headstone and it has come off 6 yes thats right 6 times in the past 4 months while noone else's has and this last time it has gone missing. I have also been trying to get them to raise and level the marker because its about an inch below the dirt and now looks about 50 years old because its covered in dirt and mud and they admit it looks bad but do the do anything to fix it NO! All they keep saying is there is another vase I can "BUY" that "should" not come off instead of fixing their mistake. They also like to say I will look into this matter and return your call within 24 hours but do they NO! Never I ALWAYS have to call them to find out if there has been any progress. These people dont care that every time I go to visit my daughter and something is wrong all it does is upset me they cause my heart to break more and more! I should not have to deal with these issues when go to visit my daughter. These people are there to take your money and after that they dont care if something goes wrong even though when you first speak to them they say that they keep up the property and markers and all that but they dont! This is just my opinino others may not have had so many issues but when you lose a child you dont want anything else to go wrong but everything has.
