    If you like great food, this is not the place for you. Now if you just want to pig out, you can do so for around seven dollars and fifty cents at their buffet.

    We were here on Wednesday night and it was closed... Is this permanent? I sure hope not we love this place!

    We live about a half-hour from Newton but found ourselves there one night and stopped in to this place for a bite to eat before driving home. I thought the food was mediocre at best, lacking the variety I've seen at other buffets. Usually other Chinese buffets save the salad and pizza and meatballs in marinara to fill up the last of their 6 aisles of Chinese dishes, but this place only had 2 aisles of Chinese dishes and the rest looked like sad, droopy American food. The place was packed, probably with locals who love the place, but I found the carpet needing vacuumed, the fish tanks grimy, and the overall taste of the food just did not reel me in like the other reviewers here. Not sure what else there is in Newton, but next time we'll probably head back home to Hutchinson for Chinese, since we have 2 outstanding Chinese buffets here in our town.
