User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOne Transaction: I delt with Swenson as they were auctioneers on a property I bought. They were professional, and advertised the property correctly. After buying the property I did find a few items the owner failed to disclose. But since I'm a handyman, It was fixed for $100 and a weekend of time. Actually it has nothing to do with the auction or auctioneer only that someone had to know as it was an electricial problem. On the plus I found a few upgrades like blown in insulation that was not disclosed. Communications was good, phone calls were returned, and I would do business with them again.
