Renting bridesmaid dresses sounded like a good idea, but was not a good experience for us. One bridesmaid was fitted in WRONG dress that was WRONG color, two bridesmaid dresses were so puckered at waistline in back after alterations that they looked like they had duck tails sticking out behind them, and one's straps were 2" too long and literally fell off her shoulders! Dresses were different lengths on all 3 bridesmaids, and the fabric of one dress was different than the other two. Mother of bride spent 2 hours the night before and day of the wedding doing own alterations and pinning to make the dresses look presentable! Upon return of dresses to store and hearing of the problems and even seeing pictures, owner offered nothing - not even reimbursement of alteration fees! Unless the dresses already fit everyone perfectly and need no alterations and you can manage to have all bridesmaids together to try on the day before the wedding to make sure everything is correct and fits and looks good - I would not recommend this store! Thanks heavens the bride didn't get her dress here!!!

At first the people there were very professional and helpful. They told us that we would receive a letter from them to let us know when to come back and get the wedding gown, bridesmaid dress, and the tuxes, and if there was to be any adjustment need to be made they will get it down right there. However, once they received all the payment, everything they told us, they act like they have no idea what we were talking about. I talked and e-mailed them, during the first of the month of the wedding, then 2 weeks before the wedding, and finally the week of the wedding, asking them are the dresses and tuxes in yet, all I got was the run around. Acting like they didnât know whose wedding I was talking about, then once they figure it out, instead of answering my question, they reply with how much is still owed, then finally saying that a letter will be sent out sometime during the week of the wedding. PANIC ATTACK!!! Fed up and feeling very cheated because everything was paid and still no dresses and tuxes. We gave them a called asking has the dresses and tuxes in yet, and they said yes that they sent a letter out to us, but we never receive it. Anyway, we got there and disasters happen, the adjustments on the wedding gown havenât been done, the bridesmaid dresses was the wrong length, and it was just nasty attitudes left and right, and get this we when got there they have the guts to say that we should have arrive a week before the wedding to get the adjustments done. When in the first place they told us that a letter will be sent, but lucky the tuxes fits and nothing was wrong with them. Never ever again will we go back to that store or even refer any of our family members or friends there.

Before leaving our store, the BRIDE was asked if she was sure this was how she wanted the dresses to look, she assured us it was and signed the alteration sheet saying she was happy. We tried to explain that it wasnt going to look right doing the alterations at the waist but she was insisting thats how they wanted it done and it would be coved with a sash. We did exactly what we were told to do on length, everyone's idea is different, we may not think it looks good but do as we are asked and thats what we did. I am assuming after the bride got the dresses the way she liked the mother disagreed and decided to change it herself...We do as the bride asks, since it is her wedding. When dresses were returned the mother had put one pin in the back of each dress, (i am sure that doesnt take hours to do). We make sure all our brides are happy when they leave and this bride was.
