    I needed to get new pads placed on my flute but because I had not bought the instrument there they would not take my business. I chose them because I had heard great things about them but now I think differently...

    Wichta Band has been around for a lot of years. They have some great instruments at decent prices. The 2 sales guys I've dealt with, Richard and Steve, are nice, but ones not real knowledgeable and the other has an out of control ego. Repair shop is pretty good.
