    I frequently drop off the same five working shirts in rotation and always get charged approx. $2.14 per shirt for dry cleaning with light startch. Today I go to pick up one shirt and all of the sudden I am charged $5.40. I tried to explain that my shirts have always been drycleaned at the $2.14 price, however, the clerk would not listen. I reluctantly paid for the shirt, grabbed my other dirty shirt which I was dropping off, and walked out the door for the last time.

    Didn't honor discount coupon: Brought in a coupon on pick-up and it was not honored. While not written any where on the coupon, clerk stated needed to be presented on drop off. While I am a frequent customer, this $8 has cost them hundreds in my future business.
