HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Don't use this company. Maybe if you're spending hundreds of dollars they would treat you better. They were only .10 cents cheaper than Rays Party Rental anyway who gave great customer service. I needed to rent a table and some chairs for a birthday party, I called a few days before to get prices and how much notice I needed to give them. The person who answered the phone had a tone in his voice like he didn't need my business because it was only for a few items and they wouldn't work with me if I had to cancel my party. I called the day before the party and asked if someone would stay there for 5 minutes past 3:00pm which is closing. I was put on hold for five minutes and then told everyone was leaving at three and no one was willing to stay 1 minute longer. Sorry I wasn't a big enough client for them. And I'm sorry they won't care if they read this review, it really makes me shake my head in disbelief how customers are treated nowdays.

Good Customer Service and Honesty: As a owner of a lawn care service, I typically go to Rental Ranch for my lawn care needs, which includes riding lawnmowers, trim mowers, string trimmers and repairs.
It was a process of elimination. I had been to other places and "learned my lesson". The Rental Ranch has always kept me coming back because of their customer service, knowledge of their trade, and honesty. I know that if a repair had to be made, it was done because it HAD to be done. That counts a lot when you rely on lawn care for earning your paycheck.
