I paid $700 for A Durango mattress in July of 08. Within a year it had uncomfortable dips and the edge technology failed at both ends. Within the next year the dip became unbearable. Me and the girl only weigh 275lbs collectively so it's not like were breaking the bed. The store told me I had to drive the 180 mile roundtrip from Salina to get bags for both mattress and foundation, return another 90 miles with both units regardless of which one was bad, and then he could tell me if they could be replaced after they perform "tests" in store. The store then offered to send someone to my home to inspect it for a fee, what an insult. The warranty I have on file said I would just have to freight it to factory at my cost for replacement. These guys are liars, worse than used car salesmen and although I can't speak for all lines. The Durango was poorly manufactured and lasted less than a year. Will not be back!
