   Obviously a terrible company to do business with. They do not care about their residents and are less than willing to work with you if times get rough. Each apartment around us was filled with screaming kids or adults, smokers who smoked 2-3 packs per day. When we would complain about an issue it would take about 2-3 weeks before maintenance would contact us to resolve this issue. Additionally I had to call the police twice while living there on the couple below us as they were physically abusing each other.
   
   Another huge issue was parking, there was simply NO parking ever available in our lot. If it was pouring rain or snowing you would have to park on the street and walk a BLOCK to your apartment just to abide by their rules. Several residents ended up just parking on the grass, but this is against their "rules."
   
   Be warned, this is not a company to do business with if you feel like getting treated like yesterday's trash.

   Love The Company: I personally have rented with them for about 5 months now and I haven't had any complaints. The manager. V.K. is very kind and patient. I would and have recommended this company to my friends.

   wouldn't recommend them: I am an out of state owner of a 7 unit complex in Wichita. For the last 9 months I have been very dissatisfied with the service and competence of this company. Key management has taken advantage of the fact that we are so far away by letting there repairman run an open tab with our rental income. The management team is hard to contact, and they completely disregard our requests. I would not recommend this company.
