Never have I received better service than at the Ihop on E. Kellog.My server was attentive to all my needs and made me feel like I was home.Will I come back? most definately

The overall experience I received was beyond what i had expected!! It was perfect. Our cute server David was a cool guy who attended us to all of our needs to the point where I realized I never asked him for anything.(I shouldve left my number)He was also a funny little guy. The food was made just the way I had ordered it and the environment of the restaurant was calm and relaxing- it was good! The Stuffed French Toast was better than what I had expected and the hash browns were even better with a little ketchup. This is like the best ihop in wichita and even better during the night because of the overall experience I had received!I am definately going there again!Be sure to request david as your server. im not even kidding!...hes cute and looks like a fun guy to be with.

My mother who lives on the east side of the country had been to IHOP recently, and shared with me how wonderful the Stuffed French Toast is. This week my husband and I decided to go. He had some Full Stack and links, while I had the same as my mother. My husband also ordered an iced Tea. It was rancid! Not just a little sour, when our server smelled it as she removed it from our table it made her gag! Even to get our server back to our table for that, we had to ask another server to please locate her for us. There were no drink refills for us, there was no customer service. The server who brough us our food refilled my drink, but my husband still had yet to recieve his replacement. The other server in the section was attentive to his customers and taking care of the cleaning of his section, talking with his manager, refilling drinks all the while sucking on a dum-dum lollipop! The next day I called and spoke with a manager, but as we were talking he was also talking to someone else in another language, so I have no idea what he was saying, but just talking to someone else was rude enough. He did tell me that the name of the server that I had printed on my reciept must be wrong, because no one worked there by that name. I asked him if no one worked there by that name, then how is it on my ticket? He said that I would recieve a free meal the next time I came in. I had been to this location several times in the past, but after this experience it is highly unlikely my family will be returning even for that free meal. It was just so unsanitary it was disgusting!
