My wife and I had eaten at calico several times when it was buffet style food.It was ok.We went there today and found it to be under new ownership.The old owner was still running cash register and we overheard her say she didn't own it anymore and that the new owners had made some changes.BAD CHANGES. No more buffet and you either get chicken or ham.We were there over an hour and twenty minutes before we got our food.A small piece of chicken for $7.99.When I went up to pay the former owner asked how it was and I told her...WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD ANYWHERE.She made excuses for the new owner and then charged us full price anyway. Needless to say we won't be going there again

I have eaten here twice and each time I was not impressed. The first time I got the buffet. It was mediocre, as all the food looked cheap and not really inviting. Walked out of there unimpressed, the only thing that as decent was the salad bar. The second time I ordered a hamburger and fries. Someone could have convinced me it came from the local hospital, as it looked and tasted like hospital food. The waitresses and cooks look as if they haven't showered in weeks. Not somewhere I want to really have a meal at.

oMG this place is disgusting i found a fingernail in my food!!!! i threw up right at the table because i was about to put it in my mouth!! the owner has a total attitude problem!! she doesnt know how to run a business while her employees are constantly texting on the phone and not helping customers!
