A little Country, a little Rock and Roll: Lot's of singles, many couples. I've bar hopped in 35 states, beats most places in NYC for friendlyness. It's a good time even if you go alone. Live Band Friday & Saturday, Thursday & Sunday is Karoke. Opens at 8pm, things usually get going by 10PM. No food, it a blue collar place, but the dance floor is filled.
I'd recommend it after dinner and a movie. That gets you there about 10pm when it is prime time, even if you just sit and people watch.. Sometimes it's amazing what you'll see. Owners are honest and it's family owned- Husband and wife. Cowboy boots, jeans and spaghetti string tops are the style. Yet I've seen wedding dresses and Tuxes there. Women come unescorted. The mix is basically over 30 to over 60. the place runs 50/50 men-women. Seats probably 250 and there is 3 pool tables. Lot's of women play pool there.
