User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsKelly Gala is rude to customers. Has no understanding of customer service, quality control, or cleanliness. After my husband and daughter ate there, the restaurant overcharged my credit card exactly 10.00 and refused to investigate it. I had to file a dispute with Visa. When I spoke to Ms. Gala to let her know what happened she immediatley started yelling at me. I didn't even know she was the owner at the time and honestly thought that it was a mistake made by my bank. After her reaction I honestly doubt it. I told her what time, what day, and what they ate and she refused to look at her records unless I could provide a receipt.

We visited Burger King in Abilene, Ks on Jan. 01, 2009 approxiamately at 1:00pm and went thru the drive thru and ordered, a # 9 original chicken sandwich mean PLAIN, and it had everything on it, we also ordered a whopper meal with cheese and onion rings and a king sized dr. pepper...that was the only meal that was correct....we ordered a big kids 6 pc. chicken tenders meal..didnt get the french fries for it at all, we ordered a triple whopper meal with no lettuce, tomato, and onion and it had everything on it and got no fries with that meal....for over $30.00 which is what it cost us i will NOT return to the Burger King in my own town again.....and when we tried to call 785-263-1184 noone would answer the phone.....i called the Burger King in salina, Ks to see if they knew a number i could call and complain and they didnt have a number for me but were very apologetic to the serive i got and what is so amazing is they had no reason to apologize it wasnt their fault.....i am very unhappy with what happened and will never go there again.

We believe that our son could have gotten ill from eating at Burger King on Sunday May 18th , 2008. When I called the store to talk to the manager he was rude and tried to tell me it was from something else. A parent knows their child and this child has not been ill in years. I was not asked for my name until I asked if there was a way to contact the store owner and was never asked my number. It is just poor service all around. I was told to call back in a week because the store owner was at a Burger King convention. Nice to know that she is not easily accessible incase of emergencies.

Now that the tomatoes have all gone bad....timing seems to close. And this son is the only person that eats tomatoes in out house. Hmmmmmm maybe the manager should have listened to me.
