This is a restaurant that serves only one meal--fried chicken. They serve family style (bowls full on table). The meal includes fried chicken, cottage cheese, peaches, biscuits, cole slaw and biscuits. A scoop of vanilla ice cream for desert. The portions are very good, but not an "all you can eat." We have always brought "doggie bags" home from dinner. They offer 1 or 2 types of wine. We love the food and highly recommend it! We have been treated very well. Table manners are a must.

this is the worst place to eat! i suggest no one from out of town or in town think about going to that DIRTY place the tables are all dirty and they are mean !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a nice place. We've been there numerous times and have always had a good time and generally good food. That being said, it has lost some of its charm moving to Abilene by the Interstate. Now, only if they'd make their mashed potatoes from scratch instead of a box.
