If you live in the wichita or surrounding area these are the people to do business with ! ! ! Excellent customer support ! ! ! We had them put in a new Puron air conditioner and furnace about six years ago. My electric bills decreased considerably with this unit. Today I woke up to a sixty degree house and it is saturday morning! I called them to tell of the problem and the field man Glen called me back within the hour. I told him the codes the furnace was giving and he told me to clean a sensor probe which took all of five minutes! Furnace is fixed and the house is warm again. Can't say enough good things about the folks at Cook's. Thank you!

WANT EXCELLENT SERVICE? COOK'S HAS IT.: WE NEEDED TO REPLACE OUR VERY OLD HEATING/ COOLING SYSTEM. WE CALLED COOK'S ON TUESDAY. ON WEDNESDAY GERRY COOK, THE OWNER, CAME OUT AND PRESENTED OUR OPTIONS, PRICES, LEFT BROCHURES ON THE PRODUCTS WE SELECTED, A WRITTEN WORK ORDER WITH AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE SYSTEM INSTALLED THE NEXT DAY. ON THURSDAY MORNING, THE COOK'S TEAM WAS HERE, INSTALLED ALL OF OUR NEW HEATING/COOLING SYSTEM, MADE SURE IT WAS RUNNING SMOOTHLY THEN PACKED UP AND LEFT. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING THEY USED ON THE SITE AND YOU NEVER WOULD HAVE KNOWN THEY WERE HERE...EXCEPT NOW WE HAVE A FULLY UPDATED ENERGY EFFICIENT HEATING/COOLING SYSTEM. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN THE MARKET FOR HEATING/COOLING SYSTEMS. THEIR RESPONSE TIME IS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL AND THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. HURRAY FOR COOK'S!
