Dickinson Northrock 14

Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: Northrock 14 is a really nice facility, but seems to be on a downward trend. On weekday evenings, there are very few customers, and 3 or 4 employees working. It seems that the space help doesn't have time to empty trash, refill toilet paper, and my wife said that half the stalls in the woman's RR were out of service. We went on a Saturday last weekend, they were way understaffed, one person working tickets, trash overflowing, etc. I understand not being able to keep up much of a staff when they're so slow during the week, and the problem of tripling staff for only a couple of evenings. Hence the downward spiral, it'll be a shame if Wichita eventually only has Warren owned theaters.

Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: I love this theater!! Never had any problems, always clean, and I love the seats!! I will drive out of my way to go to Northrock 14. No complaints about the other theaters, this one is just a notch above in my opinion!

Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: went to see a movie that was advertised for 4:35pm, called the theater to double check the time and price, arrived to find out they were screening another movie in that theatre. Asked to speak to a manager, the manager came out, offered no apologies, insulted my friend for bothering him and walked away. No wonder this place is so empty.
