do agree with you on one thing. You do have to get out of Parsons, KS to get any kind of quality food. However I have ate at Braums many times and sometimes the food is cold this including the fries, along with inexperienced help and general confusion with the help. But I have never ate a repulsive meal there in the 5 years going to Parsons Braums. If my fries were cold they argued not they just replaced them without any questions or problems. Most of the time I have to wait for fresh food there. Over all Braums is the best fast food restaurant in Parsons KS. I know I have tried them all more than once

I have been many times and it is usually OK. However. once I went there and took a tiny bite of my french fry and almost got sick. It tasked like curdled milk or something. I walked up to the counter with the fries in my hand and before I could say anything the person at the counter asked, "were they disgusting?" Like they knew somethig was wrong with them when they gave them to us?

Ok I'll make it clear that I love Braum's food, when it's made CORRECTLY. But unfortunately it NEVER is. I go there probably 4 times a month. In the last 6 months, when ordering actual food, it has been correct exactly ZERO times. That is not an exaggeration. Sometimes they don't even bother to give you something similar to what you ordered.

The worst experience I had going in there, they gave me a cheeseburger, cheese fries and a cherry limeade. Well the cheeseburger was cold and burnt to the core, rendering it inedible. The cheese fries were inedible as well since they were burnt into a solid block in the container. (I tried piercing the cheeseblock with a metal fork and cool not.) The cherry limeade wasn't even an actual drink, it was just soda water with a lime in it. They obviously didn't notice that there was no syrup in the mix, which is pretty stupid since it's pink. I had gotten home before I knew anything was up, and went back later that week and the manager person told me that I should've called before I came up so she could've done something about it.

They even manage to screw up their icecreams fairly regularly. Which is astounding since there's no preparation involved.

Beyond that the service is extremely rude. I've been tempted to jump the counter and start bashing heads for their sheer obnoxiousness.
