Bowers Plumbing is for sure a 5 Star company. I have been doing a full remodel on a house built in the 1920 s. Needless to say everything is fairly labor intensive. After coming to the conclusion that I wanted to rough in plumbing for a small bath upstairs and add a master bath I called in a local plumber that I had an existing relationship with. He wanted nothing to with the project and went as far to ignore my calls, and the pattern continued as I called several plumbing companies in town. They either said it couldn t be done, or if it could it couldn t be done the way i wanted it done. My frustration grew because I was on a deadline and i felt none of the plumbers I called were even listening to me. Finally after running through the list of big name companies in town off the top of my head I turned to the BBB website to look at some reviews and see what other options were out there. At the top of the list was Bowers plumbing. I took a look at their website and watched the video of Jim Bowers doing a bathroom remodel in an older home and it gave me a good impression of his knowledge of the craft and his understanding of what i was trying to do. I called Bowers plumbing the next morning and Jim was there that afternoon to take a look. He listened to all my ideas and on the spot drew out a scale model that brought my ideas to life and incorporated a few of his own ideas to expand on mine. Jim answered all my questions and concerns very thoroughly and with great detail. When Jim left that afternoon, I had the impression that Bowers plumbing was the right company for the job. Jim had his guys on the job the next day, and the plumbers that work for Jim share the same mentality. They were extremely customer oriented and would always take the time to stop and explain step by step any questions I had. They also were very flexible to minor on the spot changes I would have as the remodel progressed and also offered tips of their own to make things easier for me down the road. The job was finished in two days and when they were completed Jim came by and checked everything out to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the job. I can t say enough good things about how impresses I am with Bowers plumbing. Jim and all his employees were knowledgable and accessible through all phases of my project. They have my business on any kind of plumbing issues that come up in the future, no question
