    Bank of America offers national service but locally I'm disappointed. No on-site loan officer. I had some issues about the way the transactions posted and cleared so I closed my account. I was ensured sufficient funds were left to process pending payments. Two weeks later I received notification about $120 worth of overdraft fees were assesed and I had to pay or it would be sent to collection. Spoke to represenative and she told me I was SOL. Gal that closed my account came forward to admit her mistake. They left me with $80 overdraft fee to cover. It took a call to corporate and threat of lawsuit to get the account closed in zereo balance.
