Went Out of His Way To Help: Shaun Costello went out of his way to fund several loans for me. The loans were in Kansas, Nebraska and Kentucky, I reside in California. I have used Shaun for both small loans (less than 30K) and larger loans (over 170K).He was easy to get hold of and was quick to respond to my inquires. The office staff also assisted in the loan transactions and if Shaun was not in the office I could use either the cell number provided or Office fax. I will continue to use Shaun for all of my real estate needs. With his ability to access multiple lenders, I know that I am getting the best rate and financing available. Shaun has even suggested several financing options that I would not have thought of. His quick response allows me to close in a timely manner. I can take advantage of listing with a quick close date that sometimes is the difference between an accepted offer and one that is not. Mortgage Sources is my number one funding partner in the Real Estate Business.
