    This cab driver attempted to drive me around the town to RACK UP the cab fair. Once I noticed this he bacame hostile and irrational. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! You not SAFE

    I recently had a confrontation with a driver of ABC Taxi and decided that before payment was made that I needed the information of him and a supervisor. With payment in hand he refused to give me any information and persisted to threaten to call the police. After several threats of attempting to have me arrested I finally settled for the basic information off his cab; cab number and company number. I decided that hopefully a supervisor could help me settle the situation. Making sure I was calm and considerate while placing the call. The supervisor was rude and highly defensive, ending the phone call by hanging up on me. I am just completely blown away by the irrational ways they have chosen to handle a customer who has used this service hundreds of times.

    I needed an early morning p/u, to get to work. The driver arrived, in the time-frame told to me. He was polite and great to talk to. Definitely clean vehicle and pleased with the service.
