    I don't know Dr. Norris, but I am very disapointed in him. He was on-call for my family Dr. I called him 2 different times, and not once did he call me back. This was just a few days ago. So, I went ahead and went to the Emergency Room. I feel like I was treated poorly by him. Drs., whether they are or are not your family Dr. they still should treat you like they are. Does'nt any Dr. out there want to help people in need of help, whether they are your Dr. or a on-call Dr. We are all human beings and need to be treated with caring and compassion.

    Dr. Norris is an excellent doctor! When we moved to Salina he became our doctor and our family has never been happier with any other doctor. He makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed around him. And unlike other doctors we have had in the past, he has never made us feel like we are wasting his time. For instance he does not hurry through the appointment he actually takes his time with you and answers every question you have and just does a wonderful job! He has been our daughters pcp since she was 6 mo. old and he does a great job with her and she even gets excited to see him when we have an appointment. Of course those stickers she gets doesn't hurt either! ;)

    He will be what our family misses when we leave Salina.

    Thank you Dr. Norris for showing us that there are people who still truly care in this world! :)

    Dr. Norris was my doctor for the 9 years I lived in Abilene, KS and I am glad he was. I felt very comfortable with him, he answered any questions I had about what was going on with my health. He provided advice that helped with recovery time and reduced my office visits. I only hope I may find another doctor like him at the next location I am moving to.

    To Dr. Norris and his staff, thank you for your service and care.
