It is my opinion that the owners of Hays Chevrolet are (surely) unaware of the way that people are treated by the office mgr, Pat Schlyer. She asked that I compute a credit card cost comparison. I had to go to 3 different companies because thier current processor statements are so vague.Only one processor would do the work. It took two weeks...I sent the info to Pat Schlyer, afterwhich, I called her many times, she would not take my call....I saved Hays over $1,600 which, I am sure, the owners will never know. She had the operator tell me that she was not interested. I asked to speak to Pat and was hung up on. I have been in Credit Card business for 8 years and I have never been treated so rudely... and why?
Do you allow employees to treat the customers in such a rude manner? Better check this out........M.Morris Bancard Sys.

Margaret Morris called us, Hays Chevrolet, and solicited us for a review of our credit card processing charges. Although we were not thinking of changing at that time, we allowed her to do a review of our credit card statements. The whole process was a hassle, we had to fax the statements to her at least 4 times before her fax would receive it. After the review was completed, she stated that due to the complexity of our statements, is was only an estimate that they could save us $1600. We did not feel that the information was concrete enough for us to switch at that time, although we did hold onto the info in case we wish to make a change later. After writing a negative review with inaccurate information, Margaret Morris has lost her chance to do business with us in the future.
We would like to report that these comments by Margaret Morris contain some inaccuracies. We did not solicit her business, she called us, requesting to quote us a price on our credit card processing fees. We finally agreed to fax our credit card statment to her(all 30 pages) and it took four times to fax before her fax machine would accept it. After a few days, Margaret called back and informed us that due to the complexity of our credit card statements, this was only a loose quote which would probably save us money. Since we are happy with the processing company we currently use, and since her quote was not a firm quote, we decided not to change at that time. We did however hang on to her information in case we decide to change in the future. She repeatedly called us over a span of several weeks, even though we had told her that we were not interested in changing at that time. Now that she has posted negative comments concerning our business, she has lost the chance to ever conduct business with us.
