User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsFuneral services very well done but over priced.: We lost 2 family members in a short time period. Their services were handled by two different funeral homes, one by Pauls and one by another close by. The services were almost identical including the casket and Pauls price was 50% higher than the other. Pauls is unable to justify the difference in prices and have not given us a line item detailed invoice to use for comparison. Both homes are in rural areas of western Kansas and Nebraska and are in similar communities. Both are the only option in their respective areas. I believe Pauls takes advantage of that fact.

It has been years now, but Pauls Funeral home of Selden Ks did the funeral for my father, and my mother still is so hurt that Mr. Paul presented her witht he bill for services while she was still at the grave side...she had known the family all her life and it was so hurtful to be thinking in terms of $$ at that moment...just waiting a day and mailing it would have been so much kinder...not good customer service if you ask me!
