    They led us to believe that they were equipped to fix the import car that we own, then misdiagnosed the problem, ordered an expensive part that was not necessary and still charged us for it. We had to go out of town to get it fixed correctly, they said that they would refund us for the part(we're talking about a significant amount) if the out-of-town mechanic verified that they would not need it. It was verified that it was not needed, we returned the part to Hambelton LaGreca, and were told that they would send us a refund check in the mail. (We live in the same town as the dealership). It's been a week now, we've been checking back with them almost every day since about two days after they said they would send it, and keep getting excuses. Also, we can't understand why they insist on mailing it when we can easily go up there and pick the check up. (yeah right, the check's in the mail).
