User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love the variety of food available at the Great Bend Applebees. I like it that it is no smoking except in the bar. Everyone is friendly. When my friend and I go later in the evening for coffee, no one acts like we are taking too much time.

This is the worse Applebee's I have evern been to! When we actually go inside to eat we have to wait for ever for or server, drinks, food and ticket. Not to mention, the food is very over-priced. We have also tried to do the 'car side to go'; bad idea. We waited in the parking place for 15 minutes after the time they told us to be there! We are going to leave, but I really wanted my food so I called them about or order and the girl had an excuse that "No one told her that we had an order"! I really don't care if no one told you about our order, you appologize and get it right! I will not EVER eat here again!
