User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe waitress seemed nice.But after that it was a nightmare,I ordered a steak dinner and it was nasty at best,the steak was small and thin,the bathrooms was unbearably dirty and smelled,I payed over 30bucks for myself and my wife and son.told the manager and he seemed to be fine with below average service.Do you and your family a service do not eat at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery!
