    Hi to all. My name is Peter. I live in Melbourne, Australia. I have a friend in Hays, Kansas, who lost her son in a very sad situation. I rang Flowers by Frances and arranged for flowers to be sent to my very dear friend who was in mourning.
    The young lady who spoke to me with regards to the flowers was so kind. She could not do enough to help me. The lovely flowers were sent on time. My friend was so appreciative of the beautiful bouquet. Thank you Flowers by Frances. I will use your business again anytime.
