User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFive Star customer service! I am a 40 year old man and I was treated very well at the No Frills Supermarket on 1510 Harlan Drive in Bellevue, NE. First, within 20 minutes of arriving in the store, Shannon (Floral Manager)helped me with a superlative choice of flowers to celebrate my 21st Wedding Anniversary and then quickly made up the most beautiful arrangement of flowers that I have seen. Request that this information be sent to Joy.
In addition, as I was checking out, I actually ended up $1.75 short. I was extremely surprised when the checker, Sherry, looked at the floral arrangement, knew that I was running late and just said she would cover the $1.75 so that I could move on with my flowers. Needless to say, both Shannon and Sherry made my day!

I live enar this store and go there often to pick up groceries, the people are top notch friendly and courteous, their how you'd want a neighborhood store to be even though their a chain.

I just visited the pharmacy and was appaled with how rude the people were. I asked a question and was ignored by three staff who continued to work on prescriptions i assume. I finally received help and I asked to buy a box of Alieve Cold when the pharmacy person said," I want your driver's license' ! By now I had it with their rudness and proceeded to go across the street to Walgreen's and was treated with respect. I only wonder how these so-called professionals would treat my mother. I will never go there again.
