Service and selection at Black Tie and White Satin were outstanding! To be honest, I wasn't expecting to find my wedding dress here, but found it immediately. The alterations were perfect the first time and punctual. My husband and I were married out of the country, when we returned, the dress needed a minor repair and cleaning before the reception. They did both, unexpectedly free of charge.
I would recommend them to anyone for weddings, bridesmaids, or prom!

I came here to get my wedding dress and was treated so well by everyone that helped me. I found the same dress I wanted at another place for less, but was very impressed with the customer service I received at Black Tie White Satin that I was willing to pay the extra. I now recommend everyone to go there!

My friend got married in July and all of the guys got their tuxes at this shop. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE TUXES WAS WRONG!!!! They were all way too big or way too small. It almost ruined the entire wedding. All of the guys had to switch different pieces with each other so they would have a piece that kind of fit. The groom's jacket would have fit a whole other person in it. It was the worst experience and the worst part was, when all 7 guys went to or called the place and told them about their experience, they refused to do anything about it. I suggest no one ever use this place for their tuxes.
