User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThis is a lovely little spot with a beautiful swimming pond and nice campground that usually has campsites available. Unfortunately it has one flaw that is really annoying. The toilets in the campsite bathrooms don't flush properly, so they stuff up and overflow every night. And the maintenance crew is lax and forgets to restock the bathrooms with toilet paper before they leave, so if you get up in the middle of the night, you have unflushable, overflowing toilets and no toilet paper. Get it together guys!

Black rocks recreational trails are definately one of the dificult but fun trail systems for hikers and bikers alike. The aspect that makes Black Rock park stand out is how you can be on pavement one minute and on a narrow rocky trail the next. The entire park appeals to outdoor people of any level.The park has many trails to go for a hike or ride all day. Black rock is one of the better state parks.
