    both mc donald's in liberal have the same problems... waiting forever to get food, they NEVER get the orders right, and when they do screw an order up, they do nothing to make it right, but instead offer rudeness... I've been living in this town for two years now, and they have yet to get a single order right... one would think the law of averages would have caught up by now... they charge for condiments that SHOULD come with the order... who in the world uses ONE sweet and sour for a 20 piece mc nugget??? the last time I went, I ordered sandwiches for each of the five people in the family, as well as fries, and drinks.. it was at the end of the day (they close too early, as well!) and when I got home, there were only three sandwiches, and four fries... when I called, (knowing that they were now closed) they didn't answer thier phone... so, the next am, I called in, and funnily enough, the manager said "I don't remember you, so I can't do anything to help you." and nothing was ever done to make it right... I no longer go to either mc donald's in this town... between all of the orders that they have screwed up, they have taken me and my family for probably in the neighbourhood of 100.00 or more...
