This company needs to be shut down!!! My husband was late so many time waiting for them to show up and take him to work!! I would schedule the cab 4 hours in advance and they still couldnt get there on time to get him to work which was 15min away from the pickup point. He ended up getting so many writeups for there lateness he ended up losing his job!! I wouldnt recomend this company to my worst enemy!!

I don't want to give them even one star...I made a reservation before 10 a.m. for an afternoon doctor visit at a clinic less then 2 miles from home...I thought getting picked up 25 min early would get me there with no problem...10 min after the pick up time I was told 15-20 more minutes which would have made me late for my appointment...5 min before my appointment time the dispatcher suggested I "be on the look out of the cab", I "suggested" they cancel the taxi...I was upset beyond belief..had anyone told me I needed to schedule pickup an hour ahead of necessary I would have done so as I am disabled, not feeling well, and seriously needed to go to the doctor-when you make a reservation you should be able to expect to be picked up on time not 25 min late and rude comments from taxi company employees are inexcusable.I will never call safeway cabs again.
