User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThey were the second bridal shop I'd went to and I found the perfect dress. I came in without an appt and they still helped me and gave me all the time I needed. They have the most beautiful dresses I've seen around the omaha area. If you ever go ask for Lisa she is very kind and goes out of her way to make sure you get what you want! Some of the younger girls are a bit snobby I must say so I'm glad Lisa jumped in and took over my appt! They also allowed me to do a payment plan on my dress as well which was extremely helpful!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWhat a great store this is!! After a long day of shopping, my mom and I stopped in because we wanted to shop all the stores, we should have come here first! We did not have an appointment but they treated us like we did. I found the perfect gown (it didn't look like anything I thought I wanted); after my consultant found my gown, she found the bridesmaid dress in a color I have been searching for everywhere. All the help stopped and complimented how I looked in my dress. They really care about what they do!! I will recommend this store to everyone I know!

I would NOT recommend Suburban Bridal. They definitely lived up to their snobby reputation. I made an appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses with my bridesmaids. However, we were barely helped by our representative, who was much too busy helping her other customers. We kept asking her to help us (find us dresses similar to the one we wanted, help me try on bridal gowns, etc.), and she would promise to help us...then walk away and help her other customers. Also, she told us we could take pictures of certain styles, so we did. Another associate saw us and loudly yelled at us, telling us that they could receive a "$10,000 fine from designers" if we took pictures. I asked my mom about this (she's a litigator). It's completely preposterous. The "no photo" policy is just that - a store policy. Not a law or copyright violation. We left frustrated and annoyed.
