User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI bought my camry at your dealership. I love it. Yesterday, while driving, I was coasting to a stop so moving about 5 miles an hour and then applied the brakes gently but the brakes seem to have locked and I came to a sudden stop for some reason. The pedal also went ldown more than usual for an instant. It only happened once but I am wondering if there might be a problem in the brake system. My phone number is 402 210-9345. I am in Chicago at present. I have almost 5000 miles on the car,I bought it about the end of July.

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI took 2 toyotas in on the same day. One car was unable to drive off the lot after they did an evaluation of services needed. The other car required brakes, those brakes had to be reserviced 2 times at Bellevue Toyota. The price was outrageous and I think they performed unnecessary work. The attitude of the service staff was both condescending and argumentative, to the point of the service representative telling us to "bring it on". I cannot believe this is a Toyota sanctioned business.

By far the worst car experience I have ever had. I did not think it got worse than Lithia of Omaha, but oh was I wrong. They illegally ran paperwork on a false signature from my wife. They then told us our trade was sold at auction, when only the previous day I was told it was still on property. I got a half a dozen stories, and they continued to blackmale me on issues that should have been fixed with a damn survey. I am still fighting this, but it looks like I am stuck with this car now that I hate. I hate it because they took all the fun out of it. DO NOT go to this place. I work for a new dealership in town that does not play games and treats their customers the way they should be treated. Very transparent and black and white. Shame on Performance. All I can hope is that their time is coming. All you can hope is karma is real. I hope these people get screwed the way they screwed me.
