Charged $170 to unclog. Took about five minutes.
For this small of a job, this is too much to charge.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNeeds lesson in customer service.: My father called the Ralston, Ne branch. He told them that we had a little bit of water backing up from a basement drain. After they came out and snaked the drain, we hooked up a new washer. First time using the washer, black water started backing up worse than before. When we called back, a new teck came out and told us that they would charge us another $85.00 to fix it. When Tim, "the guy that runs that shop" called us the next day, we asked to speak to someone above him. He told us that "I'm what you've got". When we asked for the name and number of the General Manager, Tim said that he would have him call us. That was at 8: this morning. It is now 2:30 and we have heard nothing. If this is not taken care of in a timely manner, they will have lost our business indefinitely. We have been customers since approximately 1975.

Disappointed: I really did not like the job the sevice tech BJ Dunn did. He did not clean up after himself and was very rude.
