User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI was driving by this bakery one morning on my way home from the Old Market and thought I would try to stop and get my husband a cake. They didn't have a cake but I bought three cookies. One was a chocolate chocolate chip cookie, one was a M & M and the last was a oatmeal raisin. Biting into the cookies was like pure bliss. They have the best cookies in the world. Needless to say I was hooked. I sent my husband back the next day and he bought 15 cookies..ha ha. The next day I went back and bought my mom some sweet rolls. I am so lucky to have stumbled across this wonderful little bakery and would go as far as to say it is the very BEST bakery in Omaha. PS. Try the butter cookies if they have them. They are my favorite.

Ambrosial baking.: A small bakery with a wide variety of wonderful baked goods. Everything from fresh (made that same morning!) doughnuts, cookies, and bread to the uncommonly tasty cakes, babka, and soft kolaches.
The prices are very reasonable, too (only $5 for one dozen doughnuts, for example).
It is by far the best bakery I have visited in Omaha!
