About:This restaurant is best known for its gyros and Athenian Salads. The menu also includes other Greek and American salads, sandwiches and entrees.     I love this place. Greek Islands is truly an Omaha Icon. Family owned and operated, all homemade foods. Great for all ages and reasonably priced. GO THERE!

    Fantastic Gyros! They come piled high with gyro meat and thinly sliced tomatoes. The pita tasted like it was just came out of the oven. If you aren't a fan of the gyro mayo spread you'll want to ask for it on the side. Otherwise it's slathered on pretty thick. Typical Greek restaurant decor.

    Best Place ever for greek food. I am a native of Omaha and now live in Houston. Every chance I get in to Omaha I call on them for their famous gyros and place an order to go. They are consistant in their quality of food and service. Keep up the reputation of good food.
