About:"Larger than life" takes on a whole new meaning when you are sitting in this theater. The huge screen measures 60 feet tall by 80 feet wide. Combined with 12,000 watts of surround sound, the IMAX seems to put spectators in the middle of the action. Shows vary, so call the box office for titles and times. The theater is located at Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo . Parking can be difficult during the peak summer season. Admission is $6.50 for adults and $4.50 for children.

    Henry Doorly Zoo: I haven't been to many zooz's in my life time.. a few yes... BUt out of all the zoos I have been to this is a top knotch zoo.. WHen you go be sure to have a full night sleep as you will be there at this zoo all day and most likely will not want to leave. THough it gets crowded you would never really notice.. as there is so much to do and so many things to see.. it almost looks as though the zoo is slow.. but truly its busy. Full of family fun and laughs a very wonderful place to be and go..
