terrible customer service. I bought a car at 6%, signed the papers and left the lot only to be called by the finance manager 3 hours later and told i had to buy the car at 8.5%. I've never even heard of something like this happening. I had to refinance through my bank to get the rate I wanted (which I had in the first place, only financed through them as part of the deal). Now it has been almost a month and they still haven't transferred the title into my name thus preventing me from being able to register my car. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
worst customer service!!!: I would never recommend this place to anyone. My father bought a car there 4 weeks ago and has not even had the car in his possession for more than 2 days. They were suppossed to fix the car and it is still sitting at the lot as I write this. When he spoke to the manager (Chuck ) he told my dad everything would be taken care of that was 4 days ago and they put us on hold when we call and never come back. Now my father just wants his money back and they will not help him out in anyway!!!! I would suggest not taking time to go to this place because they do not care about their customers!
Overpriced Service, Overzealous Salespeople: I switched to Lithia after moving to the Bellevue area from Northwest Omaha.
Service was good, but costs 25% more than Performance Ford for regular service!!! Also, it's impossible to get through the parking lot without being approached by a sales person. One even walked in front of my car, effectively keeping me from leaving the lot without speaking to him.
The staff are friendly, when you're not being cornered, and the inventory is good, but for service I'm going back to Performance Ford or Atchley Ford.
