    The first time I went to Superior, no one ever came out to ask if I needed help. After 30 minutes of wondering around a unbusy lot I left. The Second time I went there it took them twenty minutes befor someone came to help. Then they made me feel like I was burdening them by being there. My recomendation is to take your time and money elsewhere, like there name states they believe they are Superior and they act like it.

    I agree the "Sales" service is excellent. However, their "Service" department is where they try to take advantage of customers. I have a 2008 Honda Accord that has had multiple issues and nothing has been covered under warranty! Their service departement is loaded with Sharks...beware!!!!

    Outstanding Service: This is the easiest dealership to deal with in the Omaha area. They are always friendly and they don't act like sharks as compared to other car dealerships. (See Anderson Ford reviews in Omaha).
