I would not recommend Noll to anyone seriously looking for a position other than an entry-level/non-skilled position, which is apparently what these people specialize in. If you are a professional, I highly recommend that you do not entrust your job search or career to these individuals.

I was unfortunate enough to work with Lisa. Her lack of communication skills was evident from the beginning, as I had to call and email her repeatedly to get an update regarding the position for which I was applying. And I never received any feedback from her regarding the employer’s impressions of me after my interviews or any words of encouragement from her whatsoever regarding my chances of getting the position.

After I complained about her to another employee, the phone calls stopped almost entirely, and she started communicating by email, and believe it or not, I actually received notice from her that I did not get the position I was applying for BY EMAIL!!! How insensitive.

All in all, it was a terrible experience. Lisa was non-communicative, insensitive to the fact that I was a little anxious regarding the outcome of my interviews (especially in this economy) surly, and defensive, when asked for updates, and I never felt that she was acting as an advocate for me as it applied to this position. In fact, I am reasonably sure that her representation had something to do with the fact that I did not get the job. A red flag went up for me when she actually asked me in an email if I was still interested in the position, when I was contacting her repeatedly for updates.

Do not trust these people to represent you to a prospective employer.
