User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have always taken my car to dealerships, but Atchley is definately the best! They went above and beyond to help me and they are even open on saturdays, all day! I wont go anywhere else! I really feel like my opinion matters to the employees. Excellent service department!!!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBad Service: I took my car in last summer to have the rear defrost fixed. I got the car back and they said it was all fixed. I did not use the rear defrost until winter came along again and it was still broken!

poor service: We bought our Explorer at Atchely and thought we would have it serviced there. We took it in for an oil change, tire rotation and to check the service engine light. They told us when to bring the car in and that it would take 3-4 hours. After they had the vehicle 4 hours, it had not even been touched it!!!!!! We took the vehicle home and will go elsewhere for our service!!!!!!
