Walked around like a lost dog for about a half hour and no one came out to help...too bad for them ill just go buy a car at a dealership that cares.
I bought a brand new Nissan Altima on 2007. For the service I go over there. One day I told my friend about some problem in my car. He happens to buy the car over in Nissan of Omaha couple years ago. He does his car service at Woodhouse Nissan. I asked him why he didn't get it seviced in Nissan of Omaha, he told me they had a bad service. I didn't think first that was true but come to realize they do. I strongly suggest people to be aware of this place. Except guy named John has been pretty helpful.
After waiting 15 days for options that we paid for, they still haven't received them, so I am told. Mr. Blankinship could care less, he doesn't realize how many people I know in Lincoln and Omaha. What a lousy experience we had and we waited 13 plus years to finally find a new car. How disappointed we were, to find that we actually don't matter as people, just checkbooks. Mr. Blankinship is more concerned about his looks than customer service, he actually took the defensive with us and actually belittling us as customers. Just a word of advice why go to a bigger city, they do not give a bigger deal. Also one word of advice to Mr. Blankinship, "You do not get a second chance to make a first impression.
