User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsGeorge Carlin was right: "anyone who puts the word gourmet in the title is pulling your prick... there is NO such thing!" That IS the truth, they're no better than Subway! NOT EVEN warm, what the hell is that? Besides: When the HELL was a sandwich EVER classified as "Gourmet" or "Upscale"? Better off going to Lorenzo's for lunch and getting an entire dinner for $7! Oh.... and the MUSIC they play in there from the 60's & 70's... are ya freakin' kidding??? Ciao
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThey would totally get a higher rating if they would deliver to the north side of town!! Even though the place I wanted them to deliver to is only 5 minutes away they said it was out of their area.

The sandwiches are really good, but not much meat in them. Seems like they change help alot and the help has attitude problems. They don't seem to understand regular customers are like gold.

Sir, you took the words out of my mouth. This jimmy johns has the worst help ever. Every time I call in an order I have some rude "you know what" rushing me off the phone. When I got my drink it was 95 percent ice, I had the wrong sandwich and they didnt even have my name right! the thing was that I called in at 11 am on a tuesday! No one is even there so why was she rushing me! The service is terrible....I completely agree with you.
