User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsGreat workmanship, bad service: Overall, the hardwood floors installed look great but it was a constant pain to deal with them. NEVER available via phone or cell, returned calls late, friendly one day then surly the next, workers were erratic in when they showed up. From a service angle, they have a lot to learn.
