User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsYou saved the day! I initially ordered mother's day flowers online. Not only did they not ship them, they didn't bother to tell me they were not going to ship them. One call to you and my mom had here beautiful flowers on her doorstep in less than 2 hours! Kudos!! I will definately use you in the future. Again, thank you!!

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsLOUSY customer service.: I called this shop asking for delivery for Mother's Day and was told no more orders-we are too swamped. Delivery would not be until Monday or Tuesday AFTER Mother's Day! Please! Is that how you handle a service business-I think not. Don't tell me your swamped-be prepared as a business who does most of its profit-taking on Mother's Day!!!

Poor planning on a busy day!: I was very disappointed with this flower shop; although it is Valentines Day, it was not my primary reason for sending flowers today. I made 3 long distant calls to order flowers and each time someone picked up the phone and just hung it up. I finally found an 800 number and was told that there were 200 orders ahead of me and they were no taking flower orders. I know this is a busy flower day but this shop appears to poorly under estimated their ability to serve the community. I am not sure I would use this shop again.
