User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIf you did not grow up in Lincoln or the surrounding cities, you will not like Val's pizza. The bread is thick, sauce sweet and toppings sparse and often weird, such as dill pickles. The buffet is below average with the food being bland and luke-warm. This is certainly not Italian food.

Beth, The Owners and all of the recipes are 100% Italian. All but one of the board of directors are 100% Italian by Birth. The pizza and Pasta recipes are all authentic Italian family recipes that are over 75 years old. Valentino's has been awared Lincoln's best pizza every year without fail by the KFOR best of Lincoln Poll(25 years running). Ciao.
