User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsGreat Food if you can get over rodents running wild while you are eating. Got up and left before finishing. mice are not good for business. Don't expect to ever go back

We ate at this restaurant in August 2008 and as we were dining, we saw a mouse run from one table to the next. Upon advising the wait staff, he stated, "oh no, not again". We asked if they had a rodent problem and he stated not really b/c they have pest control coming in. We asked if mice have been seen regularly and he stated, yes but they have pest control. I advised I would not finish my food and requested they take our food away. He then brought us the bill!!! I advised there was no way were going to pay for our food given the circumstances but he was not willing to take the check away. I demanded to speak to someone else and after several moments of us not aquiescing, they finally told us to leave without charging us. I have been going to this restaurant for years but recently they came under new management - and it shows. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone - for your health/safety.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to. The service, the food, the ambiance, all top notch. Compare the price of a full meal at any other restaurant in town, and here, and Hunan's is much more cost effective. The food is even better outside of buffet hours.
